SEB’s owner Peter Piacente received his first taste of home building while helping his father (a master builder) build their family’s home in Bedford, New York from the ground up. After almost a decade of earning his way up the ranks of his dad’s construction company, Peter decide to start his own construction business. This new business was created with the belief that a home should reflect the individuality and values of the homeowner. For the past 20 years – backed by dedication to personalized service and fine craftsmanship – SEB has built and renovated high-end residential homes throughout Westchester County, Greenwich, Connecticut, and Manhattan.
SEB’s two fundamental objectives are simple and straightforward:
- Complete customer satisfaction
- The completion of work as specified.
To help achieve these objectives, owner Peter Piacente serves as his clients’ single point of contact through every phase of construction.
SEB’s expertise also includes land acquisition, the coordination of all professionals and government agencies involved in the land development and building, the design of the infrastructure, and decorative landscaping.
Recently, SEB has taken its talents to the beautiful Daniel Island, South Carolina. Whether it’s commercial or residential projects, no job is too big or too small for SEB.
